Self-managed National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants are billed at the same rate as private clients, reflecting the true cost of providing services.

The NDIS will cover $193.99/ hour for Occupational Therapy services, $97/ hour for travel and 99c/ KM.
An invoice will be issued after the appointment for payment. The applicable amounts can then be claimed back from the NDIS after payment.
"You can also [self] manage parts of your plan, but have a plan manager or the NDIA to help you manage the rest. You can ask us [the NDIA] to change how you manage your plan at any time".
"We may include NDIS supports in your plan that you can use to help you learn how to self-manage. For example, you might buy an online training package to help with things like learning to budget and keeping records. Or you might buy bookkeeping services to help..."
