I support late-diagnosed Autistic and AuDHD adults, as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure how to make sense of themselves or their family dynamics, particularly after a new diagnosis (or realisation that a diagnosis may fit).
My work has a strong focus on mental health, capacity, and wellbeing, especially for parents and caregivers who are often carrying a lot behind the scenes.
My approach to occupational therapy is coaching- and counselling-based, grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Rather than focusing solely on strategies or “fixing” behaviours, we take time to understand:

I welcome clients who are NDIS self-managed or privately funded. Private clients do not require a referral to access occupational therapy if privately or NDIS funded.
