For children, adolescents and adults with:

Delayed development or diagnoses such as Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, genetic conditions, Down Syndrome and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, with
Self or plan-managed NDIS managed funding, Medicare (Chronic Disease GP Management Plan) or privately paying (including private health), who
Live/ attend school/ child care in Perth. Alternatively, tele-health.

Completing an assessment with the individual, and potentially caregivers and professionals such as other therapists and teachers.

Working with individuals and/or caregivers caregivers to decide on which goals to work towards. Therapy may be with the individual and/or caregivers.

We will measure the progress being made, and see if there are other therapy goals that the individual/ caregivers would like to work towards. If not, you might be ready to be discharged :)
